Join the members of the RACW as we present a unique living history experience, as the sights, sounds and sensations of America's greatest conflict are brought to life.

 

 

*** On Friday night, April 28th, the State Theater will be presenting the movie "Gettysburg".  Everyone in uniform will be admitted free!  On Saturday night, April 29th, a street dance will be held on Washington Street at Pine Street, featuring the Back Forty Band, a lively traditional-music band that will have you tapping your feet and do-si-do-ing with your partner in no time..  Callers will lead the audience in the "Virginia Reel" and other dances of the period.  ***

and Dog Island Park is conveniently situated on Main Street, in the middle of downtown.
