Thanks to the dedication and great effort of Dennis Engdahl, we can now offer digital versions of the original YCHS Music Department vinyl albums. The original recordings have been cleaned-up digitally, and are available in two formats. The MP3 files are smaller but still give great sound (you can get a lot of them on a CD or DVD, or on portable MP3 players). The WAV files are much larger files and contain all of the digital detail. They will also take a considerable amount of time to download over a dial-up connection... you may want to wait for a high-speed connection to try these (or let someone else download for you!). After you download, you can re-create the original album, or create a favorites album of your own. Because the files are so large, many cannot be maintained on the website. If you are interested in a file and find it is not on line, please email us at barriesband@barriesband.com and arrangements will be made to make the file available to you on the website for a limited time.
