repeated endlessly
in my mind through out
the rest of my days
as I look back and feel
your sweet tender ways,
"I love you, I love you"
I say in reply,
"I'll call you, I'll miss you"
and always know why
you'll be in my heart
oh yes it is so,
though I'll be gone
my love will still grow
'cause I am your Nana,
your friend and your heart,
I promise you sweet one
nothing can keep us apart
not time, not space
nor nothing in between
will erase tender love
the love we have seen.
