Any day in which 
we don't have to face
defeat,
sorrow,
grief,
illness,
loss
or 
pain
is a great day,

and each day
that we have to 
face those things

are the days
that ask
the very best
of us,

the days we 
have a chance to 
excel,

so there you have it

we are either having
a really wonderful day,
or a day that gives us 
the chance to be
really wonderful.
