Don't close the doors on this moment,
Don't stop the feelings that flow,
Don't take away what I've earned
Don't over shadow my inner glow.

Let me laugh with free feeling,
Let me cry without regret,
Let me breeze through my emotions,
Let me, oh just let.

I don't want to control my feelings,
nor, harness what they say I must,
for if I try, I swear,
I feel I surely will just bust.

So, let them flow when ever
you see there must be need
for expressions are just a peek
and who knows where it will lead.

For giving me this moment,
no matter what the cost
tells me that you care,
to not see this moment lost.
