How much do we owe to the people we adore?
Do we give our all, and not care if they want more?

What do we want of them, perhaps our happiness to share?
Support in all we do, as evidence they care?

Do we tell them everything about us 'till they see,
exactly who we are, and who we want to be?

Do we drop everything, when ever they're in need?
Share in all their joys when ever they suceed?

Or simply, is the duty for which we all are bound,
to just take care of ourselves and remain, safe and sound?
