Nana
Giggles, and tickles
and midnight fair,
just like a party
when my Nana was there.
A beauty so fair,
of soul and of face,
a richness of heart,
a flair for such grace.
She lives in my heart
each and every day,
as I think of her love,
in her own special way.
Do I miss her? You bet!
And I always will,
but she lives on within me
for it gives me a thrill,
to think of her spirit,
always so near,
still sharing the laughter
and wiping the tear.
