The Gold Dress
The first time in glitter, shiny bright and gold, she'll remember always, even when she's old. How a girl gets excited, to wear such a gown, along with the makeup, goin' out on the town. It's the first time to feel like a woman tonight, but what will her date do, will he keep his heart right? To her the dress meant, being all grown, belonging to no one, now on her own. To him it looked like something he'd like to get in, a battle of wills, whose will would win?
