It is said that for beings of the kaliyuga, the degenerate age, Guru Rinpoche’s blessings are swifter and more potent than ever. As an expression of his all-pervasive great compassion, Guru Rinpoche manifested in the form of the king of wealth deities, the Sugata Ögyen Dzambhala and revealed this Terma directly to His Holiness Kusum Lingpa.

Through reliance upon Ögyen Dzambhala, we can restore the outer universe and the inner inhabitants back to the original state of resplendence and vitality, and can eventually wield the ultimate prosperity of sublime and ordinary spiritual accomplishments, leading all beings to the state of pure awakening.

As practitioners of this precious Ögyen Dzambhala treasure, in the past few months we have stretched ourselves beyond our own humble capacity to complete the translation of the Ögyen Dzambhala treasure as revealed by H.H. Kusum Lingpa. Now it has been translated and codified under the direction of its principal custodian, the Venerable Lama Chödak Gyatso Nubpa. We were able to print this text in its totality and complete splendor in Tibetan, with complete English translation and transliteration. VAJRAPANI EMPOWERMENT

In this degenerate age, as a result of the collected karma of the sentient beings, the nature of the outer elements is changing. Due to this transition of the outer elements, the inner elements are also affected and have begun to shift. As a result of this karmic-based elemental shift, many unknown sicknesses and diseases are continually surfacing. Often, many of these sicknesses are arising from the negativities of the earthbound Nyen Spirits and the water bound Nagas. As such, many times people are not even able to accurately identify or diagnose the nature of their own sickness.

In this area many forms of dharma practice, in particular Vajrayana, are of tremendous benefit--principally, the practice of Vajrapani. The great importance and benefit of the practice of Vajrapani is unsurpassable. This is especially the case when we have the opportunity to receive the initiation (empowerment) from His Holiness Orgyan Kusum Lingpa, the Mahasiddha who is chiefly blessed by Vajrapani (the Great Bodhisattva of Power).

This particular practice of Vajrapani is one of His Holiness’s own treasures. Many other masters who have practiced this Vajrapani practice have experienced a tremendous degree of blessings and benefit. That being the case, taking into account all the physical sickness and emotional imbalances we are experiencing in this day in age, we have requested the bestowal of this precious empowerment. His Holiness Orgyen Kusum Lingpa
His Holiness Orgyen Kusum Lingpa is a pre-eminent Dzogchen teacher and Nyingma lineage holder. He is an authentic treasure revealer. His Holiness has been recognized as the incarnation of the Mahasiddha Drilbupa and of Lha-lung Pelgyi Dorje. His title, Kusum Lingpa means "Treasure Revealer of the Three Kayas."

Concerning his lifes work, His Holiness said recently: "Much earlier in my life, I made a pilgrimage to Samye. There, due to the good karma and auspicious coincidence in conjunction with the needs of these times, I saw all my past and future lives. I recalled all the teachings I had received directly from Guru Rinpoche when I was his disciple, and I saw all the hardships and difficulties of the time in which I am now living. This made it possible for me to reveal those teachings which are of particular benefit now, in this time of terrible suffering."
