Rates & Deposits

Cabin Rate: $200 per night or $1,200 per week for two to four persons. Two night minimum, three on holidays.
Off season: Oct. 1st - May 1st, $150 per night or $900 per week for two to four persons. Normally during the summer only weekly rentals are available:

Fees: 5% Trinity County Occupancy tax

Payment: Cash, Checks or Money Orders.

Deposit: $200 confirms reservations for one week. The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.

Refund Policy: Deposits refunded with 45 days notice (minus a $50 cancellation fee). Cancellations with less than 45 days notice will be refunded (less cancellation fee) only if we are able to fill the vacancy. No refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Smoking: The Cabin is smoke free, but smoking is permitted outside.

Check-in: 3:00pm - 6:00pm. Check-out: no later than 10:00am
