I'm hoping you can use this as it is shown here and just place what you have done in this table area - but if you don't want to, that's ok too. (This table is aligned to the top with a 6 spacing and 6 padding, which keeps it the right size for the top banner edge. It can travel on down the page...) Below you will fine the rest of the top banner/headings and one gif containing all the left links on white so that if you don't want a blue side as shown here, you can cut up or use the links on white, or you can use these blue bk ones cut up or whole in the blue area.
