This is pretty much the lay-up you had - just showing you how the following images should fit into your current lay up... below is the top left gif (align left) - with bottom left gif directly under it (align left also) then the background for the whole page, and then the litton link button for somewhere down the left side.
(hardest part will be to map the bee and text to link to the school district page) - should look nice with inside pages still and the school district page. : ) bests, kitty
