Studio Frequencies for Ferndale Movie Shoot

Castle Rock Entertainment / "The Majestic"

Filming has finished in Ferndale...

There are to be a number of UHF (460-band) frequencies I've tried to figure them out
Production Crew:
R = repeater, S=simplex, R/s = may be used either way

Ch 1 - 464.55s -    Primary (big-shots & "calling" frequency)
Ch 2 - 464.75
R/S (called "Channel 16" when using their portable repeater)
Ch 3 - 461.8625
s - Transportation
Ch 4 - 461.0875
s
Ch 5 - 461.8875
s - Location/Security & Police/CHP officers
Ch ? - 461.6875

Ch ? - 466.6125s -
Ch ? - 466.8875s
Ch ? - 467.800s
Ch ? - 462.800
R/S

They talk about channels numbered all the way from 1 to 17, these are all I've found searching the 461-470 band in 12.5 khz steps.  Channels 1 -5 plus 467.80 have been busiest

Wireless Microphones (where the REAL action is)

The first three are adjacent to TV Channel 4 and may be different in other areas - and many scanners can't receive these freqs.  Also, these are very low power, usually 1/20th watt maximum.  Their receiving antennas are generally mounted on  metal poles in the street as close as possible to the set being used

72.90 MHz  -  Sound & camera techs, some actors when shooting
75.90     "    -  Same, but very best "live action" during actual speaking parts
73.81     "    -  non-standard freq, may just be an "image" of one of the above

"Standard" Wireless Mic frequencies
