There is a new system it's called IRM (Integrated
Resource Management). it's a new data base, that logs
just about everything on a employee in realtionship to
Attendance,FMLA, and Discipline. when and employee calls
in they give their SS# plus reason, the system tells you
how much AL/SL, if the meet the 1250 cirteria, if they
used or have available 480 FMLA, 80 SLDC.and if they are
qualified for FMLA, its also tracks the # of times and
employee has unschedlued leave in a pre-determined time
period. If and employee has failing's it's alerts the
Supervisor, This employee needs attention, if nothing is
done in a certain period of time it's kicks a message up
to the MDO and Plant manager. My Plant is going online as
a Pilot site, for this..........We are in the processing
of picking out an ACS per tour, plus a full time FMLA
cordinator, the site co-ordinator has already been picked.
I think it's going to be an awesum system............... |
