eBay is the world's largest internet auction site, trading millions of items every day. By listing on eBay, your item is exposed to large numbers of potential buyers from all over the world. We have been eBay sellers since 1998 and have over 4300 positive feedbacks.

We charge a fee based on the value of your item. For item valuation purposes, a group of items sold together in one lot is considered one item. Our fee includes all eBay listing and final value fees, as well as Paypal or other electronic payment fees.

If your item does not sell, you pay nothing!

We will research your item and estimate it's value using our numerous resources and expertise. We will photograph your item at our shop, or at your location. If you are located in the tri city area, there is no charge for our travel to your location. Outside the tri city area, we may charge a modest travel fee. You may keep the item in your possession until payment is made to you, or you may drop it off at our shop. We will construct an accurate and well written listing description for the eBay auction. For items over $500.00 in value, we may contact potential buyers such as museums and collectors, to let them know about the auction. We will correspond with potential bidders to answer questions and aid in the sale of the item. In most cases, we will ship your item free of charge. For extra large or otherwise hard to ship items, we may charge a modest fee for packaging and handling. We will agree on any handling fee prior to listing the item on eBay. The cost of postage is paid by the buyer. Insurance is also paid by the buyer so you are not responsible for items lost or damaged after they leave your possession.

Our fee is collected from the proceeds of the sale, so you have no "out of pocket" expense!

Other listing services may charge a seemingly low "flat" fee for their services, but they make you responsible for the eBay and PayPal fees, which typically amount to 18% of the item's value. Brick and mortar consignment shops often charge much more. Our fee schedule is below:

ITEM SELLING PRICE.......................FEE

Less Than $100..........................................................50%
$101-$500..................................................................40%
$501-$1000................................................................38%
$1001 & over..............................................................35% (negotiable)

For items over $1000.00 in value or multiple items, we may negotiate a flat fee lower than the fee shown above. Once gain, this includes eBay, Paypal and shipping costs.

Our Fees are always negotiable!

Even though we take nothing if your item doesn't sell, eBay still charges us a fee to list your item. It is for this reason we must be selective about what items we list on eBay and we set the following criteria for deciding whether your item is suited to our service:

1. Your item must be something we think will sell at a value that is worth our time and effort to sell it. There is no charge for us to estimate the value of your item.

2. You must be willing to sell your item at our estimated value. From our years of experience selling on eBay, antiques shows, flea markets and garage sales, we have become skilled at item evaluation. We also utilize the internet, expert consultation and publications to aid in our evaluations. If you think our estimated value is too low, we may respectfully decline to list your item. Bear in mind however, that no one can predict the outcome of an auction and items sometimes sell for much more than expected when two or more bidders get caught up in a bidding war.
