Providing NEWAYS to bridge
the gap between Science
and Human needs
![]()
The Old/New Science
When Emperor Ming Cheng Zu's mausoleum
was excavated, much of China's history was recaptured and made
available to the rest of the world. The ancient Chinese
formulations and knowledge has supplied us with new and effective
methods of preventive health through nutrition.
When combined with today's scientific techniques of
preparation and extraction, the aim of the royal formulas can be
realized in a way that the ancients would have never thought
possible.
The Ming Dynasty formulas are an ideal addition to the NEWAYS
product line, for they help to fulfill the company's corporate
goal: to effectively bridge the gap between science and human
needs.
After researching the available data, NEWAYS President, Tom
Mower, became interested in recreating particular formulas that
help establish a balance for better living.
He was impressed with the Ming formulas' ability to enhance
the body's efforts to establish balance within itself.
Authentically Reproducing the Imperial
Formulas
However, as Tom visited China, he
learned there are few "exclusive formulas" in the
Orient because copyrighting is a concept foreign to the
developers in the East. He also found many claiming to have
exclusive formulas, but they only offered renditions of
well-known Oriental recipes.
"Most of these renditions," Tom says, came from the
research of the people of China and are limited in effectiveness.
The royal houses of the emperors are thought to have made the
finest advancements through the energy and insights of great
Chinese herbalists. Their discoveries were guided by exhaustive
testing for thousands of years and required disciplined intent
and meditative insights aimed at improving formulas for the
emperor.
Preserving the Integrity and "Life
Force" of Each Herb
The NEWAYS laboratory connections in
China strictly adhere to the carefully preserved instructions of
the Ming specialists. Each carefully chosen herb has an energy of
its own.
Each formula supplies the energy or "life force"
intended by its ancient creator, and this invigorating Oriental
"Chi" (pronounced chee) extends itself to all who use
the formulations.
A "Wholeness" Health
Philosophy
While Western
science is just beginning to understand the interaction between
the emotional and physical states, Oriental medicine has long
understood their correlation.
The Chinese believe health is a combination
of body, mind, and soul, and that good health is achieved by
balancing all three systems. The Oriental teachings address even
complex psychological dimensions through this philosophy of
"wholeness."
Balance in the body is vitally important. Each organ must
balance with interrelated organs to create positive energy in the
entire body.
NEWAYS special herbal formulas nourish the body's ability to
maintain balance, normalize conditions, and increase
"Chi" energy. "Chi" energy flows along
internal meridian pathways.
Negative "Chi" energy produces an
imbalance in the body that results in negative emotions, weakened
energy and lowered resistance to disease. Many Ming formulas were
developed to increase positive "Chi" energy.
