The "Silver Solarium" brings up the rear of the Byways of California & Oregon Train as it heads towards Mt Shasta at Cougar

A special train operated by Trains & Travel International ran June 4-9 2013 from Emeryville to Portland by way of the Feather River Canyon, Inside Gateway, Deschutes River Canyon and the Columbia River Gorge. It returned to Emeryville passing through the Mt Shasta Area. Here are some photos of its trip south through Dunsmuir. The consist was the Colonial Crafts, Santa Fe Palm Leaf, Silver Lariat, Silver rapids and the Silver Solarium.
