Dennis inside the shop area and ticket sales for Hearst Castle. There are 5 tours, we went on the 1st one and on the way home we went on the 2nd tour. I would love to go on the evening tour, but that isn't until September. The evening tour puts on all the lights in the gardens and around the pool, plus the staff wear old English period costumes.
