	Looking downstream on the Shasta River just below Yreka-Ager Road on the Fiock Ranch at what used to be the Fiock Diversion Dam. That dam has been replaced by a pump and fish-screen supplied by the combined efforts of the Shasta CRMP, Calif. DFG, US Fish and Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, Fish America Foundation, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and of course the Fiocks themselves. Before the dam was removed, it was frequently a barrier to fish, and contributed to poor water quality in the Shasta.
