and how can we manipulate this ourselves,
to gain these results?

Dr Stoll says that if we can practice deliberate relaxation twice a
day, to relax our hypothalamus,
it will dishcharge a load of old stress, and our
hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axes would function
better. He believes that this will help lots of chronic
disease states to heal. It would help the
immune system function better.
A journey to update my knowledge about brainwave coordination,
a subject I have long been interested in.
Some of this is too
complicated. Some of this is simpler
and more affordable.
It will take me a while to look into it.
