About The Lee Ranch House:- The Historic Building is the property of the County of Trinity and is managed by the Department of General Services. They rent out small studio/gallery rooms to Artists at reasonable prices to promote the Arts in Trinity county.

The Ranch House was built around 1920 by Sam Lee. The pioneer Lee family has made many contributions to Trinity County. The Weaverville Joss House Temple is located nearby.

It was previouisly the home of the Trinity County Arts Council Association, but when lack of funding forced the council to become an independent entity, the Council moved to the Main Street Gallery Building in Historic Weaverville.

The Shasta College Extension is utilizing the Ranch now.

There have been some recent changes, and this article will be updated soon!
