The Trinity River Lumber Company is one of the largest employers in Trinity County, located in Weaverville. Most of the Northstate's Lumber Mills have closed through the years but this business has remained open. Evidence of the resorceful business forces at work at TRLC. Visitors to Weaverville can see this important business located right along Highway 299W. The management of the Mill, generously contributes to many causes large and small in Trinity County.
The West-bound traveler first sees the logs stacked in a big pile, then the Mill building itself, then the finished product stacked on the other side. Logging Trucks can be seen unloading the logs, just as other trucks are pulling away with finished lumber.
