I enjoy the talk of you,
the ways you are with me,
the gentleness of caring,
and the poet that you see,

the memories we make
are the tenderest it's true,
for sharing life and feelings,
it's always so easy with you.

I've come to see our letters,
as a way of life,
the sharing of the triumphs,
and even of the strife.

There's always a letter from you
to brighten up my day,
and knowing how you care,
and how for me you pray.
