DUNSMUIR 1960'S
(PAGE FOUR)
ONE DAY IN THE EARLY 60'S IT WAS DECIDED THE BRIDGE HAD TO GO. A FEW WELL PLACED SAW CUTS AND A ROPE TIED TO A TRUCK IS ALL IT WILL TAKE TO REMOVE THIS PIECE OF HISTORY.
THE BRIDGE IS PULLED DOWN AS THE TRUCK PULLS ON THE ROPE.
THE BRIDGE IS NOTHING MORE THEN FIREWOOD AS IT LAYS ACROSS THE MAINLINE. ONE BY ONE STRUCTURES THAT WERE AN IMPORTANT PART OF DUNSMUIR HISTORY WERE TAKEN DOWN.
