Directions
to Watercraft rentals: Interstate 5 to Highway 97; go north
on Highway 97 for 5 miles to Big Springs Rd./Lake Shastina Recreation
Area. Go left on Big Springs Rd. approximately 1.5 miles to Jackson
Ranch Road. Go left on Jackson Ranch Rd. approximately 3/4 mile and
turn right on Dwinnell Rd., following it to the campground on the
lakeshore.
Directions
to Snowmobile rentals: Interstate 5 to Highway 97; go north
on Highway 97 16.2 miles to Deer Mountain Snowmobile Park Road (watch
for our sign). Turn right on this road and follow it 4 miles to the
park. Watch for snow; the road is plowed and well maintained to the
park, but you should carry tire chains "just in case." On week days, keep a watchful eye out for logging trucks as well.
