Some medical diagnoses,
January 1974
LOAH=Late Onset Adrenal Hyperplasia - darned near died from the salt loosing syndrome. I lost 2 gallons of fluid in about 6 hours. I had two lines and 4 bottles of fluid going into my upper left arm, with the tubes going right into my arm. I woke 3 days later in the evening, covered in crushed ice, with ice crammed up next to my genitals. I had slept the entire time with a fever of 105. The ice was applied when my temp went to 106.
Affected again in 1981, 1983.
compazine to slow down the colon and stomach, Demerol to slow down the kidneys, plus antibiotics and I.V. to restore electrolyte balance.
plus 14 hours sleep to recover from the ordeal.
January-February 1970
PAIS=Partial Androgen Insensitivity.
I started feminizing on cortisone. So the dr. started injecting testosterone and then the
rheumatoid arthritis 'blew up'. The testo was dumped sooner/faster with each injection, while my body feminized. Estrogen and Progesterone levels rose while on testosterone injections.
Progestin Induced Androgenization=EXPOSED INUTERO TO DES. 1943
Caused by prenatal exposure to exogenous androgens, most commonly Progestin, AKA DES.
XXY/XX - Mosaicism at/after conception.
